Very good experience- I was initially hesitant on paying for a snagging check however so much was picked up on that I wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. Professional in depth report provided with pictures so easier for the developer to refer to. Easy to arrange and change appointment times through customer services and received constant communication throughout. Would highly recommend!

Great service, straightforward booking and good communication via whatsapp when info and a time change was needed; report provided the next day and seems thorough, picking up some things that I wouldn't have. It's the first time I've used such a service and I have peace of mind so well worth it.

Very Good service. I have booked it only a day before and there was no hassle. I was able to speak to customer care executives quickly and able to confirm that everything is set as per the booking. Actual snagging took place for close to 1.5-2hrs but most issues were reported.

Great service! My original snagger that I had booked cancelled on me last minute and I needed to get my snag report in 48 hours later. I managed to book an appt for the next day and they came round at the exact time. Liam was wonderful & explained everything to us really well. He drove quite far to come to us and we really appreciated the effort. We explained we needed our snag report in within 24 hours and he sent it to us the next morning on time. What a wonderful guy and wonderful company! Thankyou guys :)

Booking and organising visit was extremely easy. Also very easy to get in touch with someone over the phone. Reece arrived on time and spent plenty of time in each room explaining how things should be etc. Report came very quickly and was easy to read

I am glad I chose Snag My New Home to do the snagging survey. Waseem inspected with professional skills and reported issues that needed to be fixed by the developer. The day after the report was sent to me by email. The report is comprehensive and clear. I highly recommend this company.

Snag my new home was really easy to book and super easy to change dates which I had to do a few times! Whats app was great to contact them, we weren’t able to be there when the inspection happened but they coordinated with the site developers and everything went to plan. The report was great - everything was inspected and photos and details shared promptly we had the inspection 3-5pm and the report was with us by 1pm the next day. Great experience :)

Really helpful surveyor who undertook a very thorough inspection of our new property. The report was received in very quick time and accurately reflected the snagging issues
