Great pictures, bad service
I think the artist's pictures are great and I'm glad I bought the book. But the waiting time of over 16 weeks with no communication from your side was really bad. I would have been happy about a short feedback, so at some point I thought that it was fraud and I lost the joy in the book. Also the quality of the book is not good, it is printed crooked.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a proper invoice. Despite multiple requests. However, since we ordered as a company, we absolutely need these for the tax authorities. Too bad, because the books are excellent ...

The item never arrive. (Disappointed)
I'm disappointed by the service of Snap collective. On the 25/9/22 I purchased Wonder By Matthew Mills and I haven't receive the book. I've contact the and they never reply the email, I've have contact the autor witch is friend of mine and he don't even received an answer from them.

Wonderful book from Snap Collective
I ordered the book Create To Inspire through the snap collective website. The shipping time was a little long but that's bc it came from Germany which is great bc the Germans make everything to the highest quality. This book is amazing the quality is superb. The cover is flawless and the Binding is strong, the paper is thick and the Quality of the printing is excellent. Everything about the book is 10/10. It has made a great addition to my art book collection.

Recently I ordered a book from Snap Collective. I wanted to support my favorite photographer's project. And when I got the book I was pleasantly surprised. The book is very high quality and I want to look through it again and again. The delivery works perfectly. I will definitely order a couple more books by these guys.

Realizing a book project with Snap Collective Publishing
Snap Collective Publishing asked me in September 2022 to realize a book project. The collaboration with Snap Collective Publishing was very intense and so we made the whole complicated process in a few week and it was possible for me to design the photography book acording to my wishes. The quality of working together with the company and the reliability was very high.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery, took over two weeks to deliver. On the site they say they will let you know when the package leaves . They do not do this , then you wonder if it had left at all. About 2.5 weeks for delivery. It was well packaged

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the package faster. We understand that everyone has different expectations when it comes to delivery time.
However, if you chose an option with a tracking code, you will always get a text message/email with your tracking number, so you can see the estimate, current parcel status and location. From now on we only offer a shipment with tracking number.
Please note, that our book production has to meet high standards and involves a number of manual activities, so that simply aiming for the best possible book in the end may lead to some delays.
