This is the first time I’ve used this type of service and I have to say the pictures are great. I had some technical difficulties and they were quick to respond and help me solve them. If you’re just thinking of trying them, go for it. You won’t regret it.

Some picture my head looks bigger than the body, my hands looks fake , and my face in some picture looks the same in both side ( same mole in both side of my face )

There are lots of AI headshot options on Facebook. I checked out many of them. THIS ONE is hands down the best! Great photo, good clothing choices and most of all, awesome customer service! Emily went above and beyond to help me get just the look I needed. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Got pics downloaded, like them, haven't used them yet
Pictures were delivered via email and I was able to download them. I'd still like to edit some of them but they turned out nice, I'm looking forward to having a headshot that actually looks like me today and not 15 years ago. LOL!

Easy process, excellent service and communication
So the process from uploading some images in my phone to free examples was simple (I'm not a tech person to put it kindly). The images created were good but not as good as I was hoping and definitely not like what I was seeing in my feed from all the competitors. However, I acknowledge my expectations may have been lofty.
What I really appreciated was the service from Sam. Every question I had, Sam replied much quicker than I expected and was very sincere. I took a chance when I spent the money just out of curiosity. While the final product gets a B- or C+ for me personally, the service and communication was an A+. Pleasant surprise and worth the effort for those wanting to see what happens.

Much Better Second Attempt
Pictures don't look like me. UPDATE after a second attempt I was able to find more pictures that look like me and decided maybe it's my own perception of my selfies and my image in the mirror whereas I don't see as many wrinkles as the AI photos give me --- kind of like how when we hear our own recorded voices we don't think we sound the same....
