Great Explanations!
I was struggling to understand some topics in A-Level Chemistry, so I turned to SnapRevise. It has excellent resources. These include videos, notes/cheatsheets and interactive quizzes. Some of the topic videos could only be watched with a subscription, so I invested.
I am much more confident with Chemistry now, so it was worth it.

Helpful for A-Levels

SnapRevise review
I signed up for the April Chemistry crash course first and found the day to be very useful and the tutor explained the concepts in a easy manner. I was impressed by this day that I then upgraded to the full course version on Snap revise which assisted me greatly in revising for my upcoming exams.

These Cheatsheets are really helpful
These Cheatsheets are really helpful. They summarise everything into smaller manageable pieces. I was really struggling with my A level Biology and Chemistry and when I found these cheatsheets and started using them I started to understand the work better and I am feeling much more confident in class. I would 100% recommend these Cheatsheets.

Amazing resource
Snaprevise has helped me a lot with my chemistry knowledge (both AS and A level content). It broke things down to smaller manageable chunks which filled in the gaps of my knowledge. Would 100% recommend to anyone doing A levels who feels they're underachieving and its great for price as well.

Review on learning Geography on Snap revise
I found it useful when wanting to learn topics i didn't understand and be able to go over them. It could be better if they made the mindmaps made by the instructor accessible. The mock papers are also very useful when revising for the mocks and final exams.

The worst company in Great Britain
The worst company in Great Britain! Absolute thief's . They sent my parcel via Hermes to 15 doors away from my house allegedly and the homeowner said they didn't receive any parcels. Snap revise the crooks told me to chase of Hermes myself ! They said it's my responsibility which is a blatant lie ! I have contacted trading standards via citizens advice and they have confirmed that it's not my responsibility at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS ! They should all be locked up and the key thrown away

Thanks for getting in touch. As you knew before writing this review, you have already been issued a full refund and we will no longer accept future custom from you as you have been repeatedly abusive to staff. However, for the benefit of others reading this review, I wanted to explain how ordering a product from us (and indeed any other company) works as it seems you may not be aware. You ordered a physical product from us. We use a fulfilment company who stores our product, and arranges a courier to transport the product to you. The courier they used in this case was Hermes.
On our end, we have provided all the correct information to our fulfilment partner to have the cards sent to you. It seems the issue is on Hermes' end, who seem to have made a mistake when delivering your parcel as they left it with someone on your street and you say that you cannot find it.
When this happens, what we do next is as follows:
1. We ask you to contact the courier, to see if they will explain to you what has happened to the parcel. It is your name that is on the parcel, so often that is the easiest way to get an answer to what has happened. We ask you to get back in touch with us with your findings.
2. Simultaneously, we also contact both our fulfilment partner and the courier to see what happened to your parcel. This usually takes a day or two to get an answer, as these are big companies who are not always able to respond to concerns as quickly as we would all like.
3. As soon as we get an answer as to what has happened to your parcel - either your neighbour passes it on to you, or the fulfilment partner or Hermes say they have no further information they can provide - we resolve the issue for you. This normally means sending the package again as a fully tracked delivery (which is more expensive for us) to make sure we are aware of what happens to your parcel at every stage of its journey, though we also make the offer of a full refund instead.
I want to make clear in all these cases, it takes a day or two between you reporting your parcel missing and us being able to send you a replacement set. As far as I can see, you got in touch with us yesterday to report this issue, and then repeatedly and rudely hounded our staff members over the phone and by email to get an immediate resolution, who still dealt courteously with you. There was no possible way you were going to get a complete resolution to this before this afternoon, but you certainly would have received one as soon as we could as we were following our process and would have got it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
As mentioned above, we have already processed a full refund for you and will not be accepting any future business from you as we have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff members.

Snap revise is very easy to use and has a nice set up to look at. The courses are split well but one improvement could be to make a yearly contract as well as monthly. And add more course/topics.

This is honestly an amazing site to use which has clear and concise videos along with quick questions straight after for great active memory recall! It also has exam work through which has helped me so much with my application and exam techniques and markschemes are such a pain but SnapRevise gives me so much confidence. Selling me a course that they don't have?
Had ordered an Edexcel B course for biology. As I was going through the course,noticed they did not have some of the syllabus points. I contacted their customer service and they told me this verbatim, 'There is no Revision Guides for Biology Edexcel B yet. We do have plans on releasing in the future but it will take some time. We currently don't have any release dates yet to announce but please keep posted with our latest updates.'. My question is how can this company sell me a course that doesn't exist? It claims it is a course for Edexcel B but actually isn't? Shocking. Before you order, please ensure you check with customer service that they actually have your course and are not just selling you a different one. Really appalling stuff.

To reassure you, our Edexcel B course is built for that exam board so the course does 'exist'. I think what our customer support member has mistakenly referred to is that for that specific course, we don't have the 'revision guide' product available. Before you purchase a course with us we provide a free trial so you can see for yourself exactly what resources you are getting and then when you come to actually purchase the course, we do list exactly what resources you get. The customer support is outstanding
The customer support is outstanding, I was being delivered some products but the delivery company was being extremely difficult but the staff at SnapRevise were really helpful, quick to respond, and very friendly. They also resent my order, when the delivery company seemed incapable of delivering a parcel after an entire week of trying. Shoutout to Daniel B. for great support.

I recommend this website to anyone…
I recommend this website to anyone taking a science subject at A level. The mini videos are perfect for consolidating class work and explaining difficult topics which you don't understand. There are also plenty of activities to complete to test your knowledge, which in my experience, help to keep the content in my long term memory. Using snaprevise, I have gone from a C in biology to an A*. I will continue using this website until I complete my A levels and it is definitely worth the money.
