Disappointed
It is fairly east to make the mould using the pink putty. However, you then need to fill it up with some orange stuff and put it in your mouth again. There is not enough product to fill the mould. The product does not come out in the same way as it does on the demo video. It comes out slower (even pressing with both hands) and very thin. It looks like worm casings! I had 4 attempts at this and each time it was the same. I sent them photos which show there is not enough product to fill the mould.
They concluded I am not putting it in my mouth fast enough and gave me a partial refund. What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

We help hundreds of customers take their impressions each year and have not previously experienced an issue like the one you described with the impression material.
When you contacted us and raised the possibility that there may have been an issue with the material supplied, we wanted to give you every opportunity to complete your impressions successfully. As a gesture of goodwill, we therefore sent you three additional impression kits completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, despite the additional kits and guidance provided, we were still unable to receive a suitable impression from which we could manufacture your veneers.
At this point, we agreed to refund your order. Despite supplying multiple additional impression kits at our own cost, we only deducted the cost of one impression kit from your refund.
We’re sorry that the impression process did not work out for you on this occasion, but we do feel that we made every reasonable effort to help you complete the process successfully and, when this wasn’t possible, provided a fair resolution.

Solid service, excellent team
Really impressed with the attention to detail that was given throughout the process. I was a bit apprehensive about what was possible and fearing the unknown. At each stage my concerns were put to rest with regular reassurance throughout. Would recommend to anyone looking for a carefully considered procedure. The result was better than I could have hoped for.

Love my new snap on veneers got my confidence back! Just remember when you receive them they are attached to the moulds as I never realised and thought they were missing! A small note in the box would help to tell the veneers are attached to the impression moulds. Thanks again 👍
