My partner ordered me a pair of Jordans a week ago, we still have not received anything and the communication from the seller is ridiculous. Tracking number provided says Royal Mail waits for the package from the seller. So he claims that he has sent it when he has not. So he scammed us with the £350 and advertised a next day delivery when a week later we have no proof that anything has been sent and he refused to process a refund as well. Absolute scammer, stay away from this shop and do not trust anything that man says, it’s a lie. His business is stealing from people, not providing goods. Pathetic experience

Wanted to get my hands on the new Nike Air Max 95 neon green big air bubble 2025, sneaker safe, had them in stock and allowed me to finance them with my clearpay payment Method. Happy days. The trainers arrived next day. Delivery in complete immaculate condition. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you sneaker safe. Will be shopping again with you soon 10/10.

I ordered midnight navy Jordan 4s but was a bit disappointed could have been 4 stars but the delivery took about 1 week when it was supposed to be next day delivery and the shoes turned up a little bit damaged as if they were already used other than that the shoes look authentic.

I have emailed about the issue and one day later still no reply, I’am a bit disappointed but the shoes still look good.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star ordered a pair of navy jorday 4s under a year ago when they first sent the pair of trainers they was already worn he tried telling me they wasn't until I sent the pictures afer arguing he finally swapped my trainers now both trainers are all starting to crack and paint peeling afyer messaging saying there under a year old he said its due to wear even tho I only worn 30 times maximum in under a year will not help AVOID DOES NOT RETURN FAULTY TRAINERS then replys on his reviews with a load of rubbish i sent emails about this in December which Is nearly 4 months ago and jst got completely ignored if I could add photos would be able to see the faulty trainers plus the numerous emails and messages he's ignored SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE INSTEAD OF THIS ARROGANT MAN like i said if.i could put pictures up where he's ignored my emails and texts I would this guys the biggest liar out

I've ordered the Nike Air Max 90s "Volcano". They are sold out everywhere, and I was over the moon. Sneaker Safe had them, and they are absolutely stunning. Really fast delivery; I ordered on a Sunday and received them three days later. Can't fault Sneaker Safe; well recommended. 👌

I don’t like paying more than retail for a shoe, but supply and demand etc. so when I have to, it’s good to know I can buy them safe in the knowledge that money is safe and you’re buying genuine goods. I’m really pleased with my order and the service from SneakerSafe. They aren’t a scam. Bonus - I got the original receipt with the shoes. That’s always useful to have.

Highly recommend these guys. Ordered a pair of Travis Scott Jordan Low trainers, a lot of money to spend so really wanted a safe purchase. Sent WhatsApp message about the order to the number on the website, they were in touch with all the relevant information I needed very quickly. All questions were answered and the shoes were delivered in perfect condition. a week later. Thanks again sneaker safe, will definitely use you again in the future.👏👏
