What they sent was not what was advertised on their website. They have no contact number the only way to contact them is via email. They are very slow at responding.

This is my first time ordering from here. I’m happy cause I got my order in no time

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
First of all, they sent me the wrong shoes. I sent them back shortly after and here I am, still waiting for my refund weeks later. They stated that they received my shoes after I sent them back, but didn't reply to any of my emails when I asked about receiving my refund. This ordeal has been going on for about a month and I have had to dispute the charge with my bank because of their fraudulent behaviour and poor customer service. I would never use this site again.

The company took too long to send me my order and I still haven’t received it. There’s no update and I haven’t got my shipping details yet and it’s been more than a week

Did write a negative comment about this company yesterday take it back goods have arrived today.Exactly what I ordered the only thing I would say is that they need to interact with the customer more I placed order didn’t hear anything for a week then email yesterday to say been dispatched. I emailed customer service yesterday still not heard anything back .Goods are great just more communication with customer

Quite like most reviews on here, I have not received my further email about my trainers I’ve ordered apart from an order confirmation.

No dispatched email and no response to my email chasing up. It has passed the window that they said it would be delivered to and their website says you can contact us between 9-5 but they are impossible to reach.

Very pleased with how sneakers processed my order from start to delivery. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered some very expensive trainers for my son for his birthday on the 1/7/24 they came on time service was great unfortunately they we're too small and I emailed the support to team to ask if I could exchange, they sent me labels which I sorted the same day posted them off at the post office I was told they would be with me 5-7 days
3 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to be returned... numerous emails sent asking for an estimated delivery date etc and only had one responce saying that the trainers will be dispatched early LAST WEEK, they obviously haven't and I've not has one email back since 10days ago. My sons going to have 2 sizes bigger feet by the time they come.

I'd just like to know what's going on
If there's a problem then at least I would know, but to be told they would be dispatched last week and they haven't is ridiculous. Won't be ordering with them again

Ordered trainers 13/07 chased to see when they were being delivered got a very unhelpful response and today I have woke up to an email to say the order has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The money hasn't been refunded yet. What a joke I now have a very unhappy teenager as these trainers were supposed to be for his birthday. Shocking service avoid at all costs don't waste your time honestly!

Please can someone contact me. I have sent numerous e mails re my order and no response. I ordered these on 12th July and still no trainers or e mail or dispatched. Awful service
