They stole my money
They stole my money. Literally. Ordered a pair of shoes, they confirmed and sent tracking. The tracking never updated after two weeks. I contacted UPS and they claimed they never received a package. When I contacted Snipes, they claimed they didn't know what happened to the package and that they would refund the order. they didn't. Over 4 more contacts, the claimed I needed to wait longer (I did), that I needed to send back the product (that was never sent), that it would be escalated (they simply closed the ticket), and that they had already refunded the card (they haven't). At this point, it's flat out theft, and every time I have responded to the recent closed ticket, they reclose it. It's obviously an automated CS (no phone #) with canned responses only. Utterly useless and not worth the risk.
