Top bedrijf!
pure scammers, luckily after 2 months I have been able to get back my money through Paypal.
I got the kit to do the cast, after that nothing else.
they kept saying the necklace was ready sending fake photos and telling a lot of lies to take time.
DO NOT PAY IN ANY OTHER WAYS EXCEPT PAYPAL! OTHERWISE YOU ARE NOT SAFE and you will never see your money back again.

Hi Alessandro,
The wait was far too long and we missed dates we had given you. That is on us, and I am truly sorry for it.
A scam it was not. We took the imprint you made and posted to us, built a wax model from it, cast it in 925 silver and finished it by hand. The photos you received were of that pendant, your pendant. Nobody goes through all of that to trick someone.
When the PayPal case came in and the messages turned to cursing at our team, we decided to end it there. We refunded you ourselves, in full, from our side. PayPal did not have to recover anything for you.
We are a small studio and we got the timing and the communication wrong on your order. We have apologized multiple times and tried to make things right. Being sworn at is not something we accept from anyone, and that is why this ended with a refund.
For anyone reading this and wondering: 127 verified customers have reviewed the same process on our site, averaging 4.8 out of 5 with nothing below four stars.
