What went wrong this time? How can you improve? Well you can start by not scamming people and taking money out of their accounts I've had $55 withdrawal taken out of my account and go through to you guys but I've never even heard of yous before seeing that on my bank statement, I don't appreciate being scammed nor having money come out of my account to go to someone something that I've never ever heard of nor purchased anything through nor received anything, I want this made right and I want my money back

I loved the unique selection of products at Snooker Hall Supplies. The markings on my Aramith snooker balls are easy to see and perfectly balanced. I ordered one day and received my cue the very next. It is nice to see a company that actually cared about my order. I also found that their prices are reasonable, and my rewards points from previous orders kept stacking which was nice.

Taken payments from my account fraudulently! Never purchased anything from these and certainly never received anything, despite numerous emails sent they refuse to reply!

Bought a couple of cues and a table brush. Everything was securely packaged and the quality was spot on.

Bought a set of triangle racks and a cue case. Everything was spot on. Great little shop online.

Placed an order for a scoreboard and cue case. Both arrived in perfect shape and look great, though one item was missing from the initial delivery. Customer service sorted it quickly, so no major complaints.

The selection of cues is excellent. I picked up a 2-piece cue and it’s one of the best I’ve owned.
