i purchsed their 67$ lifetime access which was 15 days money back guranteed, when i login to my dashboard and created an chat agent, they charged me for making an agent further for testing they charged me credits, for the reason i talked to their help center but regret that they accepted their cheating and offered me 200 credits which i refused and asked them for refund, which is still pending since last 1 week, each day i follow up and get the same reply as its in the process, they lie with false deals and once they get the payment you are gone, i highly recommend the community to be safe from these cheaters.

Snowie.ai is the best agency for website, social media posts and website voice wigdet, I have dealt with. The widgets do get your business and do get you more leads and treat your costumers like real people. They built my landing page for my QuantiX business. The videos for social media are just like a human talking to you. Lip is synced, quality of texts is amazing. The posts generatad feel 100% professional and not just made by another AI tech guy. Snowie.ai is a real platform, but I requested a refund due to serious usability and transparency issues.

At the time of purchase, there was no clear information about credit pricing or consumption. The Voice AI agent on their own website also provided incorrect information about credit usage.

The platform is very buggy, and credits were consumed during the bot setup process, likely due to system errors, without any real conversations.

Instead of a refund, I was offered 1,000 credits (~$100). About 100 credits (~$10) were consumed almost instantly due to platform issues, without any real usage. I then used 13 credits in a short real test, which confirmed the Voice AI bot is not suitable for real-world use due to multiple bugs.

I later requested a partial refund but was ignored for ~40 days.

After posting a negative review, I was asked to remove it before receiving the refund and further attempts were made to dispute its authenticity. I provided Trustpilot with proof of purchase.

After ~50 days from my initial request, the refund was finally processed in full.
