Bad communication
Order did not arrive within the advertised delivery time, emailed and made several attempts to contact with no reply. Only got a reply once I said I wanted to cancel the order. Very poor communication and customer service, agreed to have the item and was very happy with the product. Probably won't use again sorry

Safety is key.
My great grandson son absolutely loves his new helmet.
He rides a bike, his helmet broke, he went out on his bike without a helmet on which is a definite no no, he fell of the bike and broke his left elbow, we were really cross with him while still hoping he was going yo be ok.
So he chose this new one from yourselves, his orthopedic doctorwas cross with him too, which l was was so happy about.
He chose your helmet, it's absolutely 💯 safety orientated.
I'm so pleased with this purchase.
