Loved snug for my property application
Loved snug for my property application, it’s so handy and easy to use. Also once your job is verified, it won’t send verification again and again for each property you apply.

Really straight forward process. Clear and easy to understand and follow, and to provide all the necessary details. Happy to say my application was approved - it was very stress-free, and I'd definitely recommend using Snug.

It was easy enough to follow along and give all the information.
Was just annoying when trying to add someone onto the application as when the application got sent kept coming back as 3 people when it was only 2..... finally figured it out though and got approved 🙌

What a ridiculously bias form logic. Designed for bread and butter office workers.
Being a early career researcher or legitimately any other career type that might have multiple income streams or non-standard work contracts: retirees, small business owners etc etc and you physically cannot use this form to apply.

Simplicity of the application form is the reason for the 4 stars. Compared to 2form and others, navigating through the form was easy and very intuitive.

This software discriminates against…retirees, senior cictizens
This software discriminate against retirees, as requires last 2 years employment and rental references.
As a result I have to make a manual application for each property via the property manager.
Can't understand why any business would use crap software like this.

I never received my order
I never received my order, no one has responded to my emails, there is no phone number to be called. Then I get an email saying I forgot something only to be a false statement, it just goes to there web page. Very upset

Upload everything once and then just keep clicking 'apply'
There was a lot to upload and some of the option lists did not apply to us, so an 'other' option with explanation field would be useful. But overall it was easy to understand what was required and ultimately delivered a successful rental application. I liked that it lets you upload a photo of yourselves, too.
