The face of the penguin was slightly cut off and the face was slightly stretched out. Only mentioning this because of the $90 i paid for this

It was good
Great gifts 🎁 ☺️
Great product!
Am sure it would be lovely. But despite having paid for it, and Evri insisting they delivered it, I haven’t actually received it.

Hey Dave! We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations.
Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again

Honestly fantastic product!
The product is brilliant. My son loved it and it provided a lot of comfort for him whilst I was away on business.
Good quality and delivered on time
Second time used these good bit of fun as a gift
This is the second snugsy I have purchased my kids kids think they’re great we’ll probably get round to snugsying the whole family😂
Ordered a penguin mini me for my boyfriend's birthday and was so excited for it's arrival. When opening the package, I was happy with the actual penguin itself, great quality and size however the photo was so enlarged. I now don't want to gift this to my boyfriend 😔
One received it was exactly as advertised
