Package was taken away by customs , very poor sending from snuscorp

I was very skeptical of this site, but still tried to order, everything went very well, everything came, support was in touch with me, came very quickly!

Order placed and paid on 4.3.25, now 10.3.25 and nothing, order still in processing and no notification from Snuscorp.
UPD: after I wrote to support, snus was delivered to me on 13.3.25

Ordini sempre arrivati, circa 6giorni lavorativi in Italia scrivo questa recensione per dire che su 60€ di ordine e 20 sigarette elettroniche 10 (una confezione) anche se pagata poco non funzionavano perciò vi metto in guardia sulle puff usa e getta alla banana sono NON funzionanti e totalmente da buttare

Meine Bestellung ist einfach nicht angekommen. Bei der dritten Nachfrage hat mir der Kundenservice geantwortet und es hieß man müsse sich den Case anschauen und würde sich dann bei mir melden... es hat sich bis heute niemand gemeldet. 50€ also einfach weg.
Kann natürlich sein, dass das bei mir jetzt nen Einzelfall ist, aber für mich riecht das nach Scam.

I ordered 10 cans of ace X guarana chili boost. It said 3 days ago it will arrive that night but it did not arrive, i tried sending it to a diffirent adress but that also did not work. UPDATE : the package has been sent to ups pickup location and tomorrow it says i can pick it up.

Betrug! Ware bestellt, Bestellbestätigung erhalten und Geld manuell übers online Banking überwiesen. Habe dann nach 2 Wochen ein Inkassobescheid bekommen, dass ich nicht bezahlt habe. Habe aber die Ware nie erhalten. Mittlerweile die 3. Mahnung, Inkassobüro kontaktiert und Inkassoverfahren ausgesetzt, da eigentlich von meiner Seite aus bezahlt wurde. Kundensupport antwortet nicht mehr, seid ich die Zahlung nachgewiesen habe... War meine zweite Bestellung, beim ersten Mal war alles gut, das war jetzt meine letzte Bestellung, das Geld ist nämlich weg!

UPDATE:Everything i ordered arrived. It was expired, but for the price totally fine. I would order again

I ordered something a few days ago and the shipping label was created. But it's been days and nothing happened since. There's also no phone number to call and i've been trying to email. I don't know if I got scammed or not
i'm gonna keep this review updated. it now says that it's on the way. i hope everything will be okay.

Great nicotine pouches. Bought it really cheap and not expired. Shipping took 4 days, overall 5 stars experience. Also support was fast to reply.

Pt:O pacote nunca foi entregue, já entrei em contato com a empresa diversas vezes para que fizessem a devolução do valor, já que a transportadora nem tentou fazer a entrega e devolveu ao remetente, já estou há mais de 1 mês tentando solucionar este problema sem sucesso, pois eles se quer respondem aos e-mails. Aparentemente levaram meus 70€ e não irão devolver, uma pena pois eu era cliente regular até acontecer isso. Essa compra era específica para o natal e comprei com 1 mês de antecedência pra chegar a tempo, resumindo fiquei sem presente, sem dinheiro e com esse transtorno gigante pra resolver. Não recomendo a empresa, não prestam nenhum suporte, além de que a única transportadora que trabalham é a UPS que é péssima em todos os sentidos e a pior que temos em Portugal. Enfim, não vale a pena, é o barato que sai caro!

En: The package was never delivered. I have contacted the company several times to get a refund, since the carrier did not even attempt to deliver it and returned it to the sender. I have been trying to solve this problem for over a month without success, since they do not even respond to emails. Apparently they took my €70 and will not refund it, which is a shame because I was a regular customer until this happened. Fehlerhafte Lieferung, wurde mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nach mehreren Mails keine Antwort erhalten. Nie wieder wird hier bestellt!

60€ von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, Pakete wurde nie versendet. Seit mehr als einer Woche keine Antwort auf unzählige Emails. Wenn innerhalb der nächsten Woche mein Geld nicht zurück kommt, wird der Anwalt eingeschaltet. UPS ist bereits informiert.

Sold me expired snus, at the time it wasn't indicated on the website. After I reached out, they added the expiration date in the website and refused to return the money. Be careful with them, you might receive it expired and weak, they just told me to put it in the freezer.
