Speedy responses from Snusme staff, very courteous and as always great product. One issue I had is with Fedex which I have resolved with them.

I really like the variety of brands and flavors offered. Orders normally ship within a day. Only real issues I have had are with US customs delays are unpredictable, for how long they have the package. I try not to get too low for that reason.

They turned into scammers.
They turned into scammers.
Made an order on 6/10. It got held up in customs because shipper did not provide proper information.
reached out on 6/17 they responded everything had been sent and just to wait. Reached out again on 7/7, this time they said they sent information over to shipper. I called shipper they still dont have information required from sender. Its now 2 weeks later and still no movement.

Update: They have since attempted to locate the package, and promised a refund.

Fast and accurate.
Shipping is very fast and the order was accurate. Customs slows the process down but that is not Snueme.io's fault. Most times they throw in a few free candies.

Doesn’t ship to The Netherlands anymore
This was always my favourite shop. They deliver correctly en very fast. Even though they only offered UPS for delivery and their service is terrible where I live but that’s on them. Unfortunately the new domain doesn’t provide shipping to the Netherlands anymore.

Shipping frustrations
It got to me, but stuck in customs for a while with no updates which was very frustrating. Just glad it finally made it, but maybe you should notify US customers that this is a possibility and tell us what could happen in terms of timing. I got lucky that the package didn’t arrive a day later or it would’ve been outside in 100° heat for a week while I was out of town
