Been ordering from these for the past few years personally nevet had an issue ans the quality is great

I've been waiting for my refund for 5 months, order #21725

Given false information about dispatch after 6 days. Then they ignored emails until I asked to the cancel transaction, and receive refund. The full time the order had still shown as processing. Then they emailed back within minutes, and it had somehow magically been sent already, but have stopped replying since. No tracking. I don't believe it will ever arrive. I wouldn't have cared if it had taken ages if they'd just given me accurate information. I didn't want it anymore from the moment they started lying to me, but they are refusing to refund me.

Terrible service, struggled to get them to respond to emails. Took months to get a refund. Said they had an item in stock, but they never actually did.

Shocking company, ordered a 1981 Barcelona shirt and was sent one from the mid 2000’s.

No response from the company when emailed, never use them again!!!

SLOW AND WRONG ITEM - AVOID. Ordered 5th Jan. item wasn’t dispatched until 18th Jan then took another week to arrive. Opened it to find it was the completely WRONG shirt. I ordered pink top as a birthday present and the one they sent is orange. Emailed and no response whatsoever.

I received the wrong item initially, but after reaching out, I was told the right shirt would be sent. Unfortunately, it never arrived despite my repeated follow-ups.

Placed the order for my grandsons birthday present. Four weeks after his birthday his football kit finally arrived, but his name was spelt wrong. Rang to complain, was told they would check to see who had carried out the order and that a replacement kit would be sent. Another 6 weeks later a new kit arrived only to find it was the wrong size. Told once again they would send a replacement which to date has not arrived. I wouldn’t bother with this company again as they appear to employ idiots!!

The quality of the shirt and speed of delivery exceeded expectations. The shirt was given its first outing at Pittodrie Stadium in August!

A quick and easy serviceand kept me undated with delivery

Due to shipping issues I had to pay fed-ex to assure I got it when needed which was as much as the item itself.
The biggest problem once received is that the kit was customized with a name and number and these look like vinyl sticker ironed on and they most certainly will come off as soon as this is washed. So basically spent more than $100 with shipping for something to be worn maybe one time.

Was sent the incorrect item, finally managed to contact somebody who said they would arrange for the correct shirt to be dispatched. Never received anything, I’ve contacted them over and over again and nothing.

The shirts are fake and the company does not respond to returns - two big reasons not to use this store.

They sent the wrong size top after about three weeks waiting for it. Then it was the wrong size and I sent it back. I

Ive had to constantly e mail them for three weeks about the right sized top being sent to me, they said it was on the way and today I received a notification from my bank that they’ve refunded my payment.

No contact from them whatsoever.

Definitely selling fake products. I received two shirts and compared them to originals and differences were clear.

They reply super fast up until you complain about something or want a return then they ghost you. Don’t use them!
