From negative to positive experience
The data this product produces is fantastic!
Initially I gave a 1 star review due to an issue with my subscription and have deleted the review.
There was a delay in the response time however everything ended up being resolved. Then I had an issue with the tracker itself.
Due to the outcomes of my experience in dealing with Soccerbee I am more than happy to give them 5 stars for the way they have handle the situation and how promptly they have resolved both issues. This experience proved to me that great customer service and satisfaction still exists today.

False advertising
The product was fine and arrived on time. The issues were they never stated that you have to pay a monthly fee in order to use the product. You could only do expedited shipment for $30. Then when the package came it was COD and I had to pay another $39.80 in order to get the package which they didn’t say that. When I called the post office I had to call 2 other people to find out it’s International fees which they never said. So the 50% really wasn’t true after all the fees.

A scam
It's pretty much a scam or at least it is so since they suddenly started requesting a monthly subscription. If you purchased the item before August 2025 it worked as promised without any issues and absolutely NO MENTION of any extra money or subscriptions. Suddenly, after that date, it stopped downloading any data unless you paid them money.

I ordered the vest for my son, it came in a speedy time. The vest is a comfortable fit. It's exactly as shown on the web. The only draw back I don't think we were aware that you needed a subscription to retrieve the information and stats.

Soccerbee team are very good
Got my tracker as a birthday gift, it worked very well until i randomly began to hear a shaking noise, it than began to stop tracking or recording data, i reached out to the soccerbee team, within a day they had got back to me, asked no questions besides my shipping info and sent me a new one which arrived within 3 days, i have now used it for multiple sessions works like a charm, i cant express enough appreciation for the whole team and how they are building the football community, that is what footballs all about.

Waste of money …
WE got this for our son's birthday but it doesn't save any of the data and I have tried to contact the company to pay for the subscription so we can use it but have had no reply not very happy with the product at all waste of money and not great customer service

This GPS tracker is beyond great...
This GPS tracker is beyond great. Unlike with other GPS trackers where you have to wait to get your data, with this one you are able to see the data immediately after your session with everything laid out for you within the app which is super easy to read to collect all of the information from the session! I also like the position specific data that it gives me to know more about my positional performance!

SoccerBee GPS trackers are something that I think are vital to soccer players at any level improving their game. As a pro for 8 years it plays a massive role in my game. Huge help to my Mens college program!
As a college soccer coach I would HIGHLY recommend the SoccerBee GPS vests. They have not only been easy to use with my team, but they have enjoyed comparing their stats with each other. As a coach, I love that it’s the players who are responsible for using, uploading, and sharing the stats. I have been able to use the information to address some bad habits and also to motivate and reinforce some positive actions. We lovethe SoccerBee product and we are proud to partner with them!
