Following an accidental AI ban from Meta (for 4 months) - once the ban was lifted - I could no longer access my Instagram account without dual authentication using my old number.
The problem was - having set this up years ago and never being prompted for this (meaning I forgot to replace this when I moved country) - I no longer had access to my old number.
Viktor and Valerie diligently and patiently helped me with the process where I can safely say I am back in my account and have fixed the issue.
Viktor has always been very patient and explanatory and could not recommend this company enough to help with any social media issues concerning issues with Instagram or Facebook.

Recuperar una cuenta de este tipo no es algo menor, especialmente cuando detrás hay años de trabajo, una comunidad construida y una inversión considerable de tiempo y dinero.
Dicho esto, creo que también es importante ofrecer una valoración honesta y constructiva sobre el servicio recibido. El proceso de recuperación fue excesivamente largo y, en muchos momentos, la sensación fue de falta de organización y de seguimiento claro del caso. Hubo periodos con muy poca información sobre el progreso, tiempos de respuesta demasiado amplios y una comunicación que, en ocasiones, generaba más incertidumbre que tranquilidad.
Entiendo perfectamente que este tipo de incidencias pueden ser complejas y que no todos los casos se resuelven con rapidez, pero precisamente por el valor económico y profesional que tienen hoy en día las cuentas de Instagram, considero que la gestión debería ser mucho más eficiente, estructurada y transparente. Cuando un cliente deposita algo tan importante en manos de una empresa, espera no solo resultados, sino también una atención constante, profesional y una planificación clara durante todo el proceso.
Espero que esta crítica sea tomada de forma constructiva, porque el potencial está ahí, pero hace falta una mejora importante en la gestión y en la calidad global del servicio para que la experiencia esté realmente a la altura de lo que cuesta y de lo que representa para los clientes.

I want to give a shout out to Social Media Experts based in UK that restored my Facebook account! A year ago the hackers accessed my account overnight, and I tried EVERYTHING to restore my account. My husband and I spent hours trying to regain access to account. I went through all the channels of verifying my ID, selfie, and passport. I would get emails my account was unlocked, but then the hackers had activated authentication, so I was blocked out. I even PAID for Meta Verified to speak to a Facebook representative and they were not helpful.

I contacted Social Media Experts Ltd after my Instagram account had been mistakenly disabled by Meta. I’d changed my password and during the account authentication process Meta’s automated system appears to have concluded I was under 13 (I’m a sixty-year-old with an account focussed on history).
The company’s representative, Valerie, was responsive and professional, answering all my queries promptly. The lockout was serious. I had no means of appealing the decision to suspend my account. No right of appeal. There were no contact numbers or chat lines open to me, presumably because Meta’s bots had concluded I was a child.
Without Social Media Experts’ intervention I would not have been able to restore my Instagram, which is essential to my business. The fee seemed high initially but considering what was at stake and how powerless I was to remedy the problem on my own I didn’t resent it.
The account was restored after one week, without any loss of info or history. Valerie assisted me through the sign-in procedure and I’m now back up and running again.
Anyone who has had their account hacked or disabled by Meta will know what an incredibly stressful experience it is, not least because of how difficult it is to get real time support from tech companies like Meta. In such situations you need expert guidance and this outfit offers exactly that.

Anyway I ifnally decide to look for outside assistance despite the number of scammers on Reddit claiming miracle cures. Anyway I was immediuatly impress with Social-Me because they didn't ask for any money upfront, only payment if they were succesful. Once I got them on the case it took a couple of days. There was no possibility to login or contact with TikTok directly & I was losing hope. I was constantly submitting tickets to TikTok.
