Like every other ecom business owner, facebook shows you lots of ads of for what you're looking for, we were looking for an email agency to take care of our klaviyo marketing, we hired these guys for 2700 for 20 email flows, the price looks good in hindsight and definitely the lowest cost compared to their competitors, but their work explains itself, our emails look no where like the examples they show you, the copy was created through chatgpt, our internal team ran it through ai checkers, completely off our brand voice. the account manager, was proactive, but it was all fluff to delay our flows and designs

looking back at our initial partnership, it was not worth the time and opportunity cost, i would recommend everyone to do a lot more in depth research prior to signing on with these guys

Now we're out of 2700 and 2 month of time dedicated to this, overpromises and crappy ai and outsourced work

This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! One thing about contracting someone as a small business it's very risky. You never know who you will work with or if the will spend the time to understand you and your brand. All I have to say is Social Scout is legit worth every penny. Went to Social Scout with no prior Klaviyo/real email marketing in place. Through 3 months we've increased our revenue, collected emails at a very high clip, set up many branded flows, and sent out consistent, branded campaigns. The people are easy to work with and "bought in." You're never going to find people that care as much as you do about your brand, but this is pretty damn close. You can be as involved as you'd like. Communication is great. I have zero complaints.
