Software that barely works. Awful customer service.
I requested refund for last 3 months as they couldn't fix the issues (for over 2 months) and they reply to me every 1-2 weeks.
Not recommending to anyone!

BEWARE, THEY ARE THIEVES!

I got charged for the month and less than 24 hours later requested a refund. Not only did they cancel my subsciption for the month but they also said they won't provide a refund. You are better off using other alternatives. The software has issues every single week anyway. Save your time and money.

Worst experience ever. Their FB group joiner and group poster features are not working. I've messaged them and was chatting with them for weeks, and they always replied with some lame excuse, promising to send me an update, but nothing happened.
This product had a good idea, but the updates were non-existent. So, a complete waste of time.

the service of facebook not working before purchase he tell me that the service is work and when i purchase he tell me "Due to recent UI changes in facebook some modules got effected" every day tell me a story and the support is poor dont wast your time

I used Jarvee for years and it was quite expensive as I scale to hundreds of accounts so I registered for Socinator to test if I can save some money.

Conclusion: It is a scam! Don't waste time trying!

1) I tried some features, but they are not working, I contacted support, they said they are aware of the issues and are fixing the bugs. However, the features did not get fixed during the whole free trial period and the first month of payment. Support said they will get in touch when features are fixed, but no one contacted me for the whole one month plus time!

LETTING MAJOR FEATURES BE DOWN FOR THIS LONG IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

2) Support is TERRIBLE. They reply different answers at different times (eg if there is this or that feature, if this or that can be done). They do not understand the questions and do not understand their own product. I can at the best gather pieces from them and then test everything out by myself.

It is ok to have bugs, and it is ok to have limited customer support if your product works and is cheap, but hell the product is not working and no one is repairing it! BAD, BAD, BAD!!!

Socinator wasn't working, and my computer broke, so I try to chat support to get a refund and cancel the subscription, they give me tricky instructions to solve this issue, and finally, they told me that they won't refund my money back. TOTALLY S*IT SERVICE

Awful software, never worked-no matter how many times we tried. We really did our best performance but the support from this company is ridiculously bad and now they are completely ignoring our requests for refunds. DO NOT BUY IT... their support department are completely clueless and I wish I'd never wasted the time.

Completely agree with the negative reviews given by other users. The bugs never stops coming, it's really frustrating working on this software. And i truly believe their support needs support, they start a conversation with you and just disappears, and you keep waiting hoping to hear from them.

Kepps bugging , dont repost , dont do anything , not shoving any problem while . Its just not working . For every patch , there is a problem.

I have been using this tool for the last month, this tool works great with local IP address, but with a different proxy address it is not very good and Facebook is blocking me due to using this tool, but that is because Facebook restrictions are updated now.

I am a marketer well used to using automated software and I have tried and tried to get on with Socionator.. for several months. I only want it to do the simplest of jobs and I just can't get it to work. Support is quite good but they say different things - guess it depends who you get. I cancelled it once in frustration - gave it another go and here I am-- cancelling again. Be warned - I don't do reviews usually but this has driven me crazy.

I used my Instagram account which i had for 5 years and got blocked 2 times in 1 day and then blocked for 6 days because Instagram detected I am using such software. I posted 5 comments in 1 hour!!! Thing which I do normally every day and even more. STAY AWAY from such program that blocks your accounts!

Twitter review - This software blocked over 110 twitter accounts because it does not log in and always tries to login over and over. STAY AWAY
