Still waiting for my order which I placed over a month ago, no contact from company, no reply to my emails. Stay well clear, a rip off!

Have not received my order and no response via email, website or Facebook.

£5 per pair.looked like they had come from china and wrapped in cellophane.took a very long time for delivery.very poor presentation.

Never received order, never received a reply to my emails, having to now go through PayPal to get my money back and am receiving multiple emails asking for a review. So here's you're review 👍🏻

They took so long to come , I ordered them for Halloween and they arrived a week later , I had already emailed them to cancel the order but that seems to have been totally ignored.

Ordered over a month ago and still no socks. In fact no update at all, just an email to rate them!

I can't be bothered to waste more of my time with this company as getting my order was an absolute nightmare! Tbh I wasn't expecting to get it and asked for a refund (which nobody replied too) eventually came like a month later... but yeah if you place an order with these guys..... Be prepared for very slow responses (if you'll get any at all) and also the fact that you'll lose any excitement for your purchase. Good luck😬

Still not getting replies to my emails, still have one pair of missing socks! I've sent several emails and attachments to show which pair are missing yet I have heard nothing back!

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely disgraceful company and I wouldn't go near them again. Do not waste you money or time.
No arrival of a large order. No contact. Unable to contact the company as I have messaged them via email and multiple platforms and no response back.

Still no socks, still no response. Avoid at all cost. They take your money and don't care about what happens next.

So this was a first time purchase, I'm amazed by the detail in the socks as the horror collection are full of small details. They are great to wear, very comfortable, and stretch to fit, you don't get a fit size so I imagine one fits all feet. Now when you buy they take 7-14days to accept the order then you wait a further 14days for mail person to deliver them, due to this it has people believe that the company isn't real. You have to have patience to wait for these but when they arrive they are worth it. They can be found on both Facebook and Instagram. They don't really interact with customers they do leave the odd comment lots of people do have issues with this. I am however very happy with my first order and will order again thank you SockMania 😊

I ordered on 19th September. Haven’t received my order. I’ve had messages saying they had been dispatched 3 weeks ago…… no delivery arrived.
I’ve had a message saying that Halloween orders has been busy so that’s why my order is taking time. Not for a September order I believe. Starting to be concerned that this is not a legitimate company

DO NOT buy anything from these robbing £&^%#@#@. Made a purchase over six week ago still waiting & no-one is answering emails

Stay well clear of this company, socks never arrived, complained to paypal got refund. wrote a review then contacted by sockmania asking me to take down review and they would send me socks as apology nearly 2 weeks now and no tracking no socks somethings not right , they need to seriously up their game if they want the business to succeed, or its a scam

After ordering the socks 5 / 6 weeks ago and after several emails sent asking where my order is or when will I be expecting the order . I still haven’t received my order . Won’t be ordering from this company again .
So will be requesting my money back !!
