Service was good and quick but..
Service was good and quick, but the socks themselves weren’t great quality. After one wash the elastic around the tops was coming loose.

When I tried to placed my order I had a…
When I tried to placed my order I had a problem with the selection of sock colours. Then I had a problem of the selecting the quantity of socks that I wanted. When I tried to get the order cancelled because of time differences I was told the order had been shipped but that if i did not want what was shipped I should refuse the delivery and it would be returned to you. Well the delivery people simply left the package on our front porch and we did not know it was there for at least half a day so that suggestion did not work. Then I was told that I could return the shipment then I was told that it could not be returned.
Overall I received too many pairs of socks of the wrong colour and now one of the socks has a hole in it and I have only worn them perhaps 3-4 times. Previous orders went well but this order was a disaster and I will not be ordering from your company in the future.

Excellent socks
This is my second order of socks with soft tops. Absolutely wonderful. They give day long comfort and don't fall down. The colours are good, they wash well.
Quite the best socks. I'm definately a Sock Snob for life!

I went for the soft socks option
I went for the soft socks option, for my daughter with sensory needs. She has noticed they are very thin and dont last very long at all. After five wears the socks have holes in the toes. If you buy a size too small, you can see your toes through the material.

Poor quality - holes after just 2 months
The socks are quite thin and haven’t lasted well. A hole has appeared after 2 months along the toe seem.

Poor quality socks
Purchased some bamboo socks, half of them have developed holes after 8 months of infrequent use and correct care. The holes are in different places, one in toe area, one on heel, one on top of sock. This is not the quality I would expect. Contacted sock snob about this advised nothing could be done. Will avoid in the future as a pair of socks should last more than 15 wears.

I ordered a pair of Bamboo socks for a hiking trip. They were so brilliant I ordered 2 more pairs.
These socks are extremely comfortable and keep your feet warm or cool depending on the weather conditions. 100 walking miles later there was not a blister in sight. I would recommend them. They arrived swiftly too.
