Quick delivery and products look good although most are Christmas presents for other people so can't comment on what they feel like. The one criticism I have is that I ordered ladies navy gloves and I got sent black ones instead. It even says navy on the packing label. I don't mind too much so not going to ask for them to be changed but please can this company check that what someone has ordered colour wise is correct before sending it.

Gentle Grip elastic-free socks 12-14
These socks are so much more comfortable than socks from eg. M&S or supermarkets (I have large feet). I was concerned that the elastic-free tops might mean that they don't stay up, but there's no problem, They are perfect. Delivered within a couple of days of my order.

Order at your peril
I specifically ordered some light blue legwarmers and the order also confirmed the colour. I was sent grey instead so I returned them. I asked for a full refund as it was the company’s error sending me the wrong colour. The alternative option to a refund would be to resend the correct colour as requested. Instead, I have received a 50% refund which is not acceptable. Unless this matter can be put right, then I cannot even give this company one star. I am very disappointed and suggest potential customers think twice before ordering from this company as they will rip you off.

Very poor customer experience
Very poor customer experience - ordered for special delivery and then informed on a later date that it was not in stock - website is obviously not kept up to date - useless for the customer , disappointed recipient .

I’m 67 years old I have neuropathy real bad these thin 100 cotton socks are all I can wear. They don’t last long but they help my feet not scream with pain worked on my feet all my life. They feel so tired.

I ordered THMO Leggings, just a crushed piece of cardboard says THMO, the label inside the Leggings says HeatGuard,IS THIS MISS SELLING, I ordered THMO and paid for the brand. Highly suspicious behaviour for a company to selling knock off because I have original THMO that I bought last year. I would avoid any further purchases.
