They are the biggest scamers. Firstly, they cut 10$ without any official Announcement, which is not professional, and they give us 2018 features in 2025, a very bad platform.

Soc Panels has been an interesting business attempt. I was very happy to hear they charge different amounts for the income you make. I started for just 5$.

I have found the communication to be very slow when working with this company. The SMM panel itself has had quite a large amount of issues making it simply unusable in its current state.

I would like to say, automatic emails to customers was fixed, After I first purchased it the automatic email system had not been developed so customers could not confirm the email. This was fixed yesterday which is a good start.

A lot of the suggested payment methods are unusable. PayPal being a large one since many customers online choose to use PayPal. The webhook provided simply doesn't work and I have had no support for this via Email, the only option.

Sticking on the subject of payment methods, When you create a new payment method it is not added to the checkout fields for customers. Meaning, you go to the effort to verify all your payment methods, and they can't even be used on the website. (Only on the add funds page, not on the create order page.)

The industry of a SMM panel is very popular and over saturated, meaning good luck gaining any paying customers, You will find you are just handing out freebies with no profits. Many users will just head over to QQtube (the cheapest and best offers for refils) and call it a day.

I don't recommend SOCPanels at the current state the system is in. It's not appealing to look at, and the amount of services are just unorganised.
Prices are at an extremely high rate saying you need to charge atleast 20% on top of the prices to make a tiny profit.

Over all this may look appealing for 5$ but don't put yourself through the stress. Everyone in the world owns there own SMM panel presuming they are going to "Make it" and that is how SocPanels makes its money. I feel like if the payment methods were fixed, and the site looked more organised, I would have been happy to stick doing this for the fun. Its simply not fun, just stressful with bug after bug.

I bought their SaaS product - SMM panel or Soc panel. It's quite complicated for me.. a lot of options that I don't use and even don't know how to use. Use their drip feed, subscriptions, autorefill feature that I didn't have in another big smm panel I've rented / used before. Good product. Great job and I will you will add more and more options especially analytics from youtube for my clients
