Amazing customer support! Very kind and helped me out with startup commands and issues with my server. Prices are great as well, got 12gb of ram for 11 dollars!

Actually the servers staff support is very good. I liked that thing. Also it is best hosting for cheap price. Even the CEO of SodiumNodes is so friendly. He didn't did bad behave to anyone.

I bought a server from them 5 months ago, until now I still renew my server subscription because of their reliable service, they have efficient ddos protection, mitigation system for bad packets (like another ddos layer), also they have 24/7 servers, this host was never down since 3 months.. the uptime is absolutely 99.99%, also their support team is replying instantly, every time I get a problem they fix it for me, also they have instant server setup. They support all payment methods, also they have cheap plans and great offers and discounts. I really recommend this host for anyone who is looking for a cheap and reliable host.
I had a really bad experience with this hosting service. The performance is terrible and the uptime is nowhere near what they promise. Their support team barely responds, and when they do, they don’t actually fix anything. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this host to anyone.

First of all, we do have DDoS protection on all of our nodes and we reply quickly. Check the other reviews if you don't believe me. We fix all of our problems, no matter what it is. Each of our nodes contains at least 8GB and an AMD CPU paired with DDR5 RAM, ensuring best TPS and performance. I checked in our database, you never bought any of our services. Yet another fake review tarnishing our reputation.
The support as i was buying the server was amazing, staff was polite and collected, they knew what they were doing. They offered me a trial for absalutely everything so i could experience their servers capabilities before buying and they did not disappoint. The netherite plan, which is the one im currently using was absalutely amazing and had everhtging to offer. Staff are always present and willing to help. Over all this is for sure a server host i will be using again and again as it was nothing less than perfect despite being a new host.
