I cannot rate the staff highly enough, I had an issue with one of the arms of my sofa bed, they instantly helped me and ordered a new part to be shipped. No questions asked and with great customer service and manner.

Sofa bed looks excellent and look forward to it being used soon. There was a problem with the zip on the seat cushion but when I rang the company they said they would make me another straightaway and post so I should get in a couple of days, which I duly did.

Despite measuring of my doorways and…
Despite measuring of my doorways and careful detailed communication, the first delivery attempt failed as item too big. The delivery men were friendly but not helpful at all. I got to speak with customer service which sounded outsourced to another part of the earth. I had guest coming to stay, but there was no sopha bed, which was tricky. They kindly arranged redelivery with an adjustment made to the item which was nice.

Thank you very much for your review. I am sorry to hear that your sofabed did not fit into your property the first time around and the inconvenience that this caused you. However, as you mentioned we have now provided you with an amended sofabed. So hopefully everything is now sorted for you.
I can assure you that our customer service is not outsourced, we are simply not that big a company. If we are called outside working hours the phones divert to the personal mobile phone of James in the office or to Steve our owner. I can appreciate that this may make the call seem distant as they maybe driving, but it does mean that you are speaking to someone from the business not from a call centre.

Where are the 2 reviews that I have already done - is there any point in doing a third ?
Clearly they haven’t been published - communication and customer service poor, not delivered within the 28 days as stated several times in the website, not delivered to room by 3rd party, bolt on arms took my husband and I nearly 2 hours because you can’t see the receiver thread to the bolt. Very heavy sofa made from MDF.

Thank you very much for writing a review for us, we always want to hear our customers comments good or bad as this helps us to improve our future service. I did not answer this yesterday as I wanted to take the time to investigate properly both in our factory and with our third party carriers.
Your sofabed was ordered on the 12th March and was delivered to you on the 17th April. As you correctly state this is longer than the 28 days promised on the website. We passed this to our carrier on the 10th April which is longer than is our normal lead time and the 3rd party carrier unfortunately took 7 days to get it to you. This is not our normal service levels for which I can only apologise. I have checked through the notes that we get from the carrier on every delivery. It states that the sofabed was delivered to the room of choice, which in this instance was the Living Room. I appreciate that you state that this is not what happened. We will be taking this up with the carrier as we rely on them to provide the service level you expect and that we pay for.
You mention that the frame is made of MDF. We manufacture the frames in our factory from kiln dried birch with MDF panels, which is the norm for the furniture industry. I also understand that you had difficulties attaching the Bolt on Arms. We do provide instructions with the sofabed of how to attach the arms, however as this has been an issue I am going to revisit them to see if they can be improved.
I am sorry that we have fallen short of the standards of customer service that you would expect. Your is one of only 7 negative reviews we have received from 367 reviews. We are a small manufacturing business and we take any negative review seriously.

Great looking sofa bed
Great looking sofa bed, does what it says on the tin and James in customer service is really lovely and helpful. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is the the bolt on arm was a nightmare to get on, the screws didn’t line up well and at one point we nearly gave up, the instructions given didn’t really do much. At last though we managed!

Very pleased
Everything about this piece of furniture is as expected and promised. It looks good, is fairly easy to operate once you get the hang of it and it fits nicely into the room. I’ve not yet slept on it, so can’t comment on the comfort. Delivery was seamless, despite our house being difficult to find.
