Ich bestellte online dieses schöne Pfister Sofa auf den ersten dachte ich, der Preis ist zu niedrig und ich war ein bisschen misstrauisch, aber ich habe in einem Anruf und kontaktierte sie direkt für Informationen, sie zögerten nicht und beantwortet alle meine Fragen schön und professionell, sie lieferten am selben Tag an einem Samstag, sie auch mit der Montage geholfen und insgesamt die Erfahrung war sehr einfach und ich zahlte bei der Lieferung als auch, ich empfehle wirklich die Sofas ist sehr gut für den Preis.

Ich habe ein kaputtes Sofa geliefert bekommen und warte seit einem Monat auf eine Quittung. Leider werde ich einfach ignoriert. Das ist wirklich enttäuschend, vor allem, weil ich lange auf dieses Sofa gespart habe. So einen Service erwarte ich nicht – nie wieder!
- Jetzt wurde mir zurückgeschrieben, ich wurde beleidigt und mein 5 Jähriges Kind wurde auch noch reingezogen, dann haben sie mir extra eine falsche Quittung geschickt, alles per Chat. Zum Glück habe ich so ein gutes Umfeld das mich unterstützt. Mehrere Personen haben Ihnen geschrieben das sie mich sofort aufhören sollen zu belästigen und beleidigen! So muss ich keine Angst haben vor diesen Männern!

Great sofa, wonderful service. I saw a few sofas online and made the appointment to visit the showroom on a Saturday afternoon, where Fredi helped me. There is a great selection of clean corner sofas, and I bouight one. It was delivered the next day (on a Sunday!), at the agreed time, with no problems. The sofa looks great and really happy.
