Ordering was easy especially with online chat to answer detailed questions about the manufacturer and delivery process. Furniture arrived weeks early and the delivery crew was top notch. Another impressive service was the upholsterer sent to do a minor adjustment on one of the sectional pieces, a skilled pro who did an excellent job.

I had an issue with an order because the sofa delivered was not what I believed I had ordered. I want to commend Sofa and Sectionals for how they handled the situation. They took the time to review my concerns, listened to my perspective, and ultimately refunded 100% of my purchase.

While the sofa itself was not what I had ordered, I was very pleased with how professionally and fairly the company handled the situation. I appreciate their willingness to listen and make things right. My experience with their customer service was very positive.

Ryder scheduled a delivery a month in advance. We had our old furniture removed. The day before delivery, they sent us a voicemail stating that they weren’t going to be able to make the delivery. They rescheduled and then said our Flexsteel sofa was broken. Sara Nevarez from Sofas and Sectional said we could either keep this piece and use it while we were waiting for the replacement to arrive and be swapped out, or refuse the sofa and accept the other items, and still wait for the replacement to arrive. Turns out that the sofa was in too bad of shape to be delivered at all. A replacement was going to take another 10 weeks or so. Since we were going to only receive our loveseat, I asked for a refund for the sofa until it was made. The loveseat finally arrived… after several missed appointments with a broken frame, and the cording was completely crooked. We then had to store the loveseat until they could schedule another pick up. Asked for a full refund. What a nightmare. The Flexsteel Bexley sofa and loveseat is now primarily manufactured in Mexico. It was over $6000 for both and what a hunk of junk. It wasn’t simply a delivery issue. This is a manufacturing quality issue, as well. The piping was noticeably wavy rather than following a smooth curve. (Really zigzagged!) If I could add a link or upload a picture, I would, but the company doesn't allow it.

I was nervous ordering a $3000 sofa online. I checked the reviews of Sofas and Sectionals as well as BBB ratings and all looked positive. Our sofa arrived in SE AZ about a month after shipping. The sofa arrived in excellent shape and is lovely. The local delivery service who brought the sofa to the house, Coleman World Wide Moving couldn't have been nicer. I would not hesitate to order from this business again. I highly recommend them for furniture needs.

Sofas and Sectionals truly delivers an outstanding customer experience! I ordered a Fjords Incline Chair online, and while it arrived with a minor scuff and a missing charger, the way the company handled the situation exceeded my expectations.

Elaine provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She stayed on top of everything, quickly arranging for the charger to be shipped directly from the factory within just a few days. She also scheduled a local repair technician to come to my home, where the minor scuff was professionally fixed without any hassle.

I am satisfied with your furniture. Looks great, well built but I am not satisfied with what it required to get. Initially delivered by Ryder with the loveseat missing its legs and stained in two places on one end by what appeared to be oil/grease. I understand that you save money by using third party delivery however they also deliver washer/dryers etc and as a result the trucks are dirty. Your “customer service” rep Sarah nevarez was rude and aggressive when I told her I refused delivery as I ordered new furniture not furniture that was going to require “stain removal” from no doubt another third party contractor. She reluctantly agreed to send a new piece but informed me that it would be a one time thing. This is your customer service? If I wanted dirty/stained furniture I’d buy it on FB and pay a lot less. As I said, the furniture is lovely and has arrived at last. I will not recommend you company to others because of what I have stated.

The selection of what appeared to be quality furniture was excellent. However, when buying online, I worry about what ultimately arrives. The delivery company did well in scheduling our delivery and the boxes arrived in decent shape. I found the quality of the recliner was excellent and the design was exactly what I was looking for. However, one of the wood bases was slightly damaged inside the inner packaging. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement without question. That's the was to provide customer service. I have no doubt they would even allow me to return the recliner if I wasn't satisfied.

This company knows customer service! My parents home burned and when our new chair arrived, we weren't ready to move furniture. We were outside of the 30 day window- but they still processed a returb! (Dad isnt able to operate the manual chair and we have to go power)- Thank you so much for the understanding and help!

I found a couch I loved at a store close to home, but they weren't interested in letting me customize which pieces I wanted to build a sectional that fit my space. Sofa and Sectionals allowed me to build exactly what I wanted, and it was so easy! Delivery to my house was quicker than I was originally given (which was GREAT), and the team who delivered/installed worked quickly. I LOVE my couch and anyone who comes to my house is obsessed right off the bat!
