Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Everything was explained throughly and clearly. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m really looking forward to the sofa arriving.

Friendly, attentive staff. I always pop in to see what they have available in their Clearance section and I finally found my footstool! Within 10 minutes, I was out the front door with my new footstool neatly stashed in my car.

Great service from the whole team

All the team we dealt with at Farnborough were very helpful and polite. After several visits we decided to order the sofa we liked and took advantage of the interest free credit offer. Team member “Charlie “ was especially helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Now looking forward to the delivery day!

The store is attractively laid out and is welcoming. The staff approach to greet you, are not pushy but are willing to help if needed. Candace served us and was knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

Went in to sofology yesterday evening He came over asked if needed any help replied just having a look then he said I'll be over there if need any help that was really nice as didn't feel pressured like you do in some places. Our experience was really good! The sales team don’t hunt you down. They are there to help you when you’re ready. Thanks Gary! Also, the furniture is well priced and such good quality. Don’t just take my word for it.. sit in the chairs/sofas and you’ll see what I mean. You can buy cheaper but we’ve regretted that in the past. They aren’t as expensive as you might think. Let your butt decide for you!
