The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, we were given coffee and biscuits, making ita more relaxed experience. Everything was explained about procedures on delivery. I would recommend sociology to anyone requiring a new sofa.

Great Service from this store
Great Service from Nikola. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Not at all pushy and a great plus is she never had a bad word against her competitors (DFS and Furniture Village). The same can not be said for them! I do hate it when sales people dis other companies products.
Nikola showed us everything we needed and explained everything. Showed us how to clean the sofa etc and would highly recommend this store and sales rep. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful Matt and Gabriella where brilliant, as I have AS which causes me massive amounts of pain, and need good lumbar support and the found me the perfect sofa that helped elevate the pains that I get with my old sofa.
