Paul in Ipswich was really great, took the time to talk me through all of the options and offered great advice. No hard sell - felt informed and able to make a comfortable and educated decision.

Paul was excellent, he went through everything we needed to know and was not pushy. Had good product knowledge

Polite, courteous and friendly service. Only reason not 5 stars is because I would have liked to have seen a discount considering the cost of the sofa (although I did come away with some very nice artificial plants as a sweetener!)
Note to the Sofology designers-PLEASE add more colour to your sofas- beige beige beige! Sofa I bought was very comfy but wish it had more colours
