We met qassim, he guided us very well and aided us. Ikram helped us put our order through he was very thorough. Overall a very positive experience!!!

I called in to have a look around and was helped by Happy. What a lovely guy. I went back the following evening and ordered a sofa. The other staff were lovely too, not pushy, just nice and very helpful.

The young man who finalised the purchase was very charming and helpful. He had the perfect balance of a lovely informal, friendly approach as well as being very professional and informed. He really helped us feel we had space and time to decide and support when we needed it. He went the extra mile too.

Liane was really great. She was ion hand to answer our many questions, but have us space to discuss and never made us feel under pressure. She explained the additional insurance and how we may need it. We wanted to see quite a few different permutations so she was really patient and worked them all through fur us!

My first vist to test sofas was made all the more pleasurable by the assistance of Happy, he was very helpful and knew the products specifications. I was convinced my choice was perfect for my needs but wanted to take a last look at the deals available. On my return Happy was not in store but fortunately Ikram made the final purchase easy, smooth and simple. It was a joy to shop with you guys and didn't feel at any point I was being rushed or over-sold products.
