Sofology - Peterborough Avaliações

We ordered our sofa today at the Maskew Avenue at Peterborough. We were looked after by Kate. She was very professional, kind and provided us with all information. Thank you for all the help and support.

Great customer service, found what we wanted and we were dealt with promptly and effectively.
Thank you will shop again.

Fameda was lovely and helpful. Easy to order. Staff can’t be any more helpful they give you space to discuss and look without hovering like other sofa stores I’ve been too. The store itself is peaceful calm and quiet. 100 % recommended

Experienced friendly sales team great knowledge also offering great interior design tips

No pressure or push for a sale or addon products

Famida the sales consultant was very professional, helpful and informative. She was friendly and didn’t pressure us at all which was nice to have space and time to discuss

Fabulous customer service by Fam who was friendly, warm and not pushy. Thank you Fam!

Sai was eager to help us as soon as we stepped in store but equally understood to give us time to explore independently, which is so important when you enter any store. Sai talked us through our order and adapted the conversation to our needs as a family, understanding that we have a 5 year old child and a new born child. Thank you

Jamie the Sales Advisor was very informative and made the whole process very smooth. Allowed us plenty of time to browse/make a decision and stayed beyong closing time to complete the paperwork.

Sales team are very knowledgeable about the product and give relaxed, no pressure sales advice. Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.

I was down there recently and the lady who was helping us was so lovely going through the purchase of a chair, to match the sofa I already have in my lounge . I think it was meant to be as the chair had 50% off a bargain

fantastic service

I couldn’t get a fabric sample to take home otherwise it was good

Very warm, welcoming show room. Staff were helpful and informative but weren’t pushing a sale at all. James answered all questions we had and more to find the perfect package for our needs

The Lady who helped us was great very knowledgeable and was very thorough. The only thing which was disappointing was delivery charge but everything else absolutely spot on

Extremely professional and friendly service.

Had a great sofa shopping experience today in the Peterborough DFS.

Me and my girlfriend have just purchased our first home and today we bought our first sofa (currently sat on deck chairs!).

Sai, was an absolute gem, very helpful and attentive. Cheers!

Amazing service from Sai and the rest of the team. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The sales assistant we dealt with was very helpful and explained the payment options available, the fabric choices and delivery time frame. She made choosing a new sofa very easy. Good range of styles on offer too.
