Good experience
We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

I visited Sofologly on Friday 2nd January 2026, Sai the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the advice I received was very useful and helped with making my decision. From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. Kate - totally outstanding customer service
The entire team in the store were incredibly welcoming and even remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago, which was such a lovely touch. Kate was outstanding in helping me find the perfect sofa for my home—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of our needs. Truly first-class service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Jamie was extremely helpful...
The sales person Jamie was polite patient and left us to take our time and choose the perfect sofa for us also at the same time wasn't pushy and helped us make the right choices to get just what we wanted.
Couldn't recommend a better experience 10/10

Sai was great and gave us a relaxed experience
Sai was great. Very informative and not too pushy. Explained everything clearly. We knew what we wanted before arriving to store but re affirmed our choices were what we were after.

Sales experience
No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.

Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.
