Good experience selecting two new sofas. Good ranges and able to order in a large range of fabric finishes. Helpful staff, but allowed to browse without pressure.

Wandered in to the store knowing what we were looking for. Colour/style/fabric, etc. Approached by a staff asking if you need help don't hesitate to ask. No pressure on us. No following you around. Once we found the sofas we wanted then we asked for more information which was given and our questions answered. We confirmed the sale and was given all the options available and lead time on delivery.

I have already done this review. The staff in the show room couldn't have been more helpful. All the times I called in and couldn't decide they were very patient.

Helpful and not too pushy.

Bought 2 sofas, a corner sofa from Clearance, and a 3 seater chaise, was very excited at first, but when the corner sofa was delivered it came in wrong fabric with only a corner piece delivered in the fabric of my choice. They acknowledged a supplier error and now being asked to pay £700 for a new factory order. This is really poor after sales service from such a reputed brand. Still working with customer support team, will see how far they will honour their contract.

We really appreciated the support we were given, as the staff member provided all the information we needed and helped us choose the perfect chair for our dream home. She explained every detail clearly and guided us through the different options, highlighting the quality and features of the furniture. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
