Miles was fantastic I was going to go away and order online however he’d answered all my questions and made ordering so easy, what a pleasant young man a credit to the company

Purchased our sofas this afternoon with the help of Tony at the Rotherham store. He talked us through how everything worked and left us to browse the shop. When we had decided he was a big help, and took the time to discuss all of our options and we never felt rushed. Brilliant customer service thank you!

We visited the Rotherham Branch twice today. The first visit was just to look at and test the options we’d shortlisted online. When we walked through the door, Leah was there with a smile on her face and made us feel welcomed. We explained our situation (having our current sofa replaced by a new one of our choosing due to faults) and she was more than happy to help us. We found the sofa we wanted almost immediately but we still had a look at the other options we’d shortlisted and came back to the original. Because of the situation with the sofa swap, we didn’t proceed with a sale through Leah. But after we got home we realised the colour we looked at wouldn’t work in our room so we went back into the store, and again Leah was there to welcome us back. She sat down with us and got to know what we were looking for. She was patient, attentive to detail and answered all of the questions we threw at her perfectly. She helped to pick the fabric and colour of our new sofa based on what we were saying but couldn’t explain. She used her own experience with the fabrics and colours we were looking for to explain what could work better, and we agreed. She was brilliant. Thank you so much Leah!

They have lovely sofas, lots of choices and different sizes. Plenty of fabrics and colours to choose from. We had Tara in the Rotherham branch who was lovely, very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

We were greeted as we arrived and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, then Tara showed us appropriate suits and left for us to try out.
She then came back and gave us information on price materials and answered any questions we had !!
