Buying with sofology was easy and straight forward. Getting financing at zero percent is smooth. The delivery was great, they came in, set up the sofa and took all packaging away.

A very good range of sofa's at competitive prices. The Sofology team were proactive and helped us find the right sofa at the right price.
We visited a few other showrooms before going into Sofology and they didn't seem to provide the variety of styles that Sofology had to offer.

The service in store was excellent
The service in store was excellent. The downside that disappointed me was being charged so much to deliver an expensive 2 seater Sofa 5 miles to Windsor when we have spent thousands of pound with your company over the last few years. I will be honest, it does turn me off for future purchases.

We completely understand your frustration around the delivery charge, especially given your continued loyalty to us over the years. Our delivery fee is in place to cover the nature of the service we provide. Unlike standard courier deliveries, our sofas are handled by trained two-person teams, delivered to a room of your choice, and include careful handling, assembly where needed, and removal of packaging. This ensures everything arrives in perfect condition and is set up exactly as it should be. That said, we never want this to take away from your overall experience or make you feel undervalued as a returning customer. Your feedback is really important, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the wider team as we continue reviewing how we deliver both value and service.

Amazing experience
Went in to buy a new sofa today and had an amazing experience. Was greeted upon arrival and was assisted the whole time by the lovely Garry. From talking us through options to advising us on different alternatives to what we were after. As a result of his service we purchased a new sofa and are very happy with the process being made so easy by Garry. Would definitely recommend Sofology to anyone looking to purchase a new sofa.
