Our salesman Josh was very knowledgeable about the services and the products they offer. He helped us find the perfect sofa for us after going through a few possibilities.

We were really impressed by the range of options Sofology had to offer and are delighted with our choice. The sofas and chairs are of a very high quality - as you’d expect - and I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive prices.
It’s quite an undertaking choosing furniture for years to come, and it certainly helped to have guidance and input from Leon, who is a fine ambassador for the company.
Friendly, knowledgeable about the products, efficient and professional, he was very helpful and displayed a nice sense of humour.
The whole ‘experience’ was 5 star, helping take the pain out of splurging a few grand 😀👍🏻.
In conclusion, we think we’ve acquired some top notch sofas and chairs and enjoyed the process with Leon.

Neal was extremely helpful, we went on looking for a new footrest and left with an amazing footrest and chair to match! Very friendly and welcoming and great selection.

We saw the sofa we wanted in store, which was in stock and delivered within the 14 days advertised in store. We were happy with the communication from staff member whom dealt with us, sorting out all the paperwork, emails kept up to date with the tracking of our sofa, until delivery. Delivery men phoned on their route, introduced selfs, placed sofa in our home, all packaging removed and taken away.
We are very pleased with the whole experience from helpful, polite staff.

Ali was exceptional. He explained everything so clearly and simply. We understood exactly what we were buying, the insurance cover was explained thoroughly, he made sure we knew what to expect from beginning to end.
Customer Service was great, very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to Sofology.

Great store with lots of options, was left to have a browse, which was nice. Later we met Ali who helped us decide on the sofa. Part of the showrooms power was out and one of the sofas I had interest in was a power recliner. Ali re located the sofa just so I could test it out using all the features. This confirmed what sofa I wanted, so we sat down together to process the order. Very professional and relaxed, no pressure. 10/10
