James made what could have been a very stressful experience into one that was very pleasant. He answered everything I needed to know and a lot more besides. He was professional, helpful and friendly. He spent so much time with me and I never felt rushed. He had to take a phone call (conference call I think he said) at the point of me ordering my purchases and he handed me over to Fallon. She too was friendly, helpful and explained everything with regard to the ordering and delivery process. Full marks to both of them.

No pushy sales just good advice. Displays were plentiful and we were able to see digital images of various furniture layouts which definitely helped our final selection.

Everything went smoothly with the delivery but why is it - every time I order furniture from any Company it never ever arrives on schedule?! Why can’t these Companies be honest and stick to a date that they can honour for the delivery. This part I found disappointing.

I can only currently comment on the sales service, as the sofa is yet to arrive. Tim was really approachable, helpful and explained the process clearly. He handled my bouncy and excited daughter really well and I am very appreciate of that.

Sales team made us feel very comfortable and made the process incredibly straightforward.

We purchased our sofa last year. We paid extra for the protection pads that are placed on the feet. When moving the sofa to clean underneath they had all fallen off also the mechanism for the one recliner on the sofa is obviously to near the floor and has scratched it

Tim gave us good information about the options. There was no high pressure in the show room and we fairly quickly were able to make our choice and finalise the purchase.

Excellent customer service! Had a very positive experience with a female employee at the York branch. No pressure or sales pitch to feeling forced into buying anything.

My wife purchased a Sofa and foot stool, the foot stool arrived damaged and my wife accepted it good faith in belief it would be repaired , 4 months later the bottom was recovered , my wife covered the stool in a blanket because our old cat loved to sleep on the stool he passed away recently so the blanket was removed from the stool and the bottom was a totally different colour, has we was within the 2 year time frame for warranty my wife rang and explained, a technician came out and agreed it was a totally different colour has we have now passed the 2 year period by a few days the company refused to repair the stool by saying it’s out of warranty but we clearly reported this issue in the time frame and the first repair was a wrong colour not our fault , Sofology totally not standing by the guarantee.
