Exact same experience as a previous post. Purchased 2016 OFFICE 2016 PROFESSIONAL PLUS RETAIL MULTI LANGUAGE LICENSE + DOWNLOAD and was sent an expired key with no link to the download. No response to several emails or to their chat link.

Softwaresleutels / productkeys werken niet.
Niemand te bereiken bij dit bedrijf.
Er wordt NIET gereageerd op Emails.

Used them in the past. Always worked great. Now can't get a response from customer support. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I purchased a Office 2021 Professional Plus license, but I could not activate the software, not via internet, neither via phone. I got the error code that the key that i got, was already in use.
I sent 3 emails to softwarelicense4u without any response, so basically, this is a scam.

In case you read it, it was order 28150.

I purchased a Server 2019 Datacenter license key and the key will not activate. I have reached out to them multiple times over the past 4 weeks. Support ticket, live chat (which isn't live and have got no chat), emailed them and even found a link to calendly and made an appointment. I followed the directions in the Calendly email and there has been nothing but dead silence. I will never purchase anything from them again, plus am out almost $200 for the license key that won't work.

Really horrible experience. I have purchased Microsoft Office 2013 back in 2018 via their webpage with a lifelong license. Now that I am changing my computers I wanted to download the software again, but the link doesn't work anymore. The support does not answer any of my emails although I have been asking multiple times. Total waste of money, don't bother.

no confirmation, no product, no return email, no phone listed, total scam ..need to shut this company down for good.

De Office licentie is nooit geleverd en als ik de reviews lees, zal die van Windows11 wel niet werken (nog niet aan toe gekomen om die te gebruiken). Chat en email wordt niet op gereageerd.

Ik zou hier niets bij bestellen!

Some years ago I purchased an Office 2010 licence from softwarelicense4u without any problems so when I realised I needed to update to Office 2021 I went back to them without checking recent reviews, big mistake. Not only did it turn out that the supplied licence was useless having been activated too many times but I have had zero response back from them since. Avoid this site like the plague.

Office 2016 gekocht, meegeleverde licentiecode werkt niet. Gesignaleerd, 3 herinneringen, geen enkel antwoord ontvangen.

na 9 maanden nog steeds geen reactie op mijn vraag.

Een windows datacenter licentie gekocht (2) en een licentie sleutel kregen voor een standaard.
Meerdere malen via de chat en mail om een andere sleutel gevraagd, maar is net als of je tegen een dove en blinde aan het praten bent.

I purchased Office 2021 Pro in 2023 and six months
later after an update the program was no longer registered . Tried to enter the KEY supplied by Softwarelicense4u but now is not excepted by Microsoft. Softwarelicense4u asked for a screen picture of the problem , and I did. Now they refuse to answer any emails for help or a new key . I'm now out $69.

Na eerdere goede ervaringen wordt er bij mijn laatste bestelling niet meer gereageerd. Geen antwoord op de chat, geen antwoord op de mail. Bloedirritant.

Ik heb office 2021 besteld en betaald en krijg niets geleverd. Op herhaalde chats en mails wordt niet gereageerd. De order is betaald via ideal maar staat in de website direct als cancelled. Waarom geen idee!

Afgelopen woensdag 20 dec Office2021pro besteld. Heb diverse malen geprobeerd contact te krijgen om een download link en een activatiecode te krijgen. Na 4 dagen nog steeds geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Zeer slechte communicatie en levering.

Koop hier AUB niks.Alles werkt hier echt perfect !!!
Tot er betaald is en je dan erachter komt dat de win11 code niet goed is.4 x gemaild 2 x met verschillende adressen ivm misschien niet aankomen van de mails.
Na 4 dagen geen enkele reactie.Ook niet via de chat op de website

This Company is a fraud and is not responding to any of the requests I have made about the key they sold me not working. There also operating usoftwarelicense4u.comnder the name of softwarelicense4u.org with almost the exact same web layout and exactly the same logo. When I contacted the online help they told me they were a deferent division and could not help me with my key problem.
