Bestelling geplaatst en betaald op 3 mei. Kijk ik vandaag of ik eindelijk mijn windows 10 code binnen heb zie ik opeens dat mijn bestelling geannuleerd is. Geen geld terug, geen bericht waarom. Nu kan ik het bedrijf op geen enkele mogelijke manier bereiken. Althans wel een mail gestuurd en via de chatbot een paar berichten, ik krijgt gewoon helemaal niks terug. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik afgezet ben en mijn geld niet terug ga krijgen. Of mijn windows 10.

Completely useless serial number for Office 2021. The last 2 times I bought from these jokers, it took phone activation to get it working. Now MS has their number and activation is completely blocked.

I purchased a Win10 Pro License, Order # 22540. Turns out it is a license for 8.1 Pro. Would have been fine if there were still support to upgrade to 10 for free. Even if a headache, I could have gotten it resolved myself.
As it is, the chat widget is still broken as of 4/30/23, no support via e-mail, and now there is a SoftwareLicense4U.shop website that, while using the same name, web page layout, logo, even the same Model/ Actor pictures, claims to be a different company and cannot help. Nice.

Paid, no download link, key does not work from Microsoft site, no customer support. I rate it a scam 4sure now. Worked in the past but avoid now as I have lost my money.

[Edited: 2023-05-03 - Downgrade from 2 Star to 1. Saw them responding to users who had problems. Figured they would me. No response to my review. I've left the chat window on their site open for days. No response. No indication it has been read. Strongly suggest people avoid this company going forward, until they get their acts together.

Give me my paid for product and address everyone else's complaints and maybe I'll boost back up to 2-Star.]

I have used these guys a few times. Things /used to/ just work. Place order, get license. Even when I had problems, their support /used to be/ responsive and reliable.

I placed Order 22090 4 weeks ago for Office. I got billed. I got the invoice. No license key anywhere. I've e-mailed ticket@ multiple times. I've messaged both old and new support widgets with details. No response.

It's a bit nuts to see them responding on TrustPilot but not their own website! So here I am, using a third contact method in hopes someone resolves my issue. I just want my Office keys.. the things I paid for. If they're not available, I'll order a different edition of the product. But acknowledge the problem first!

(Also: Did something get lost in translation when your newest sale is called "last days sale"? Are you closing?)

Update 23 April 2003. SoftwareLicense4U finally replied to my messages TWO months after I first raised the problems. They asked me to re-send the details of my complaint using their new on-line widget. Did so, but after one hour they still had not made any response or indeed got someone on-line to talk to me. I have given them one star only because I am unable to give them ZERO. I used them a couple of years ago and it seemed to work OK. This time their service has been woeful and although I have a licence for the MS Office 2021 and am using it, the key they have sent does not work, so I am knackered if I have to download it again, for example if I have to do a PC restore for any reason.

My help widget is gone. I had several request for assistance, no one is contacting me now my widget has been removed??????

Once good, now beyond terrible. A dozen attempts to get a download after purchase, or get a viable license, or even a response from support all failed. All email bounces with 'see our website widget' and the website widget only says 'no one available - leave a message' to which no one ever responds. Trying to cancel the charge with my credit card company.
UPDATE 4/21/2023 3:01pm MDT: It has been 11 days since I posted on TrustPilot. I got a reply via TrustPilot only (I have a registered account at SoftareLicense4U with my current email - they did not use that). They said that they replaced the website widget yesterday and to try and contact them again using the website widget. I did. Starting about 20 minutes ago. So far no response other than '....connecting you to some one'.
UPDATE 4/21/2023 4:01pm MDT: waited an hour on their widget - no change. It is still 'connecting you to some one'. Still no refund. My advice: stay as far away from this company as you can.

Update after further invesitgation. It seems the company was first located in the Netherlands but faced bankruptcy in 11-2022. The company now is located on Curacao and this is also mentioned in the curators report (in dutch). Search for 13_ams_22_195_F_V_02 in google.

Why still accept payments and respond on Trustpilot while company is not active anymore.

Office 2021 licentie gekocht , bij het activeren blijkt dat de code al is gebruikt. meerdere keren contact proberen op te nemen met SoftwareLicense4U via verschillende email adressen en meerdere keren via de chatbot maar geen reactie terug gekregen. Erg jammer en slechte service van SoftwareLicense4U

Don't buy it here! Waiting for over a week again for a working key for Office 2021, and no-one is responding. So wasted money. Very bad service

The license don't work and no one will ever get back in touch. Purchased two items one I've never receive the any information or installation key the other item I didn't receive any info and the key was bad. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ondertussen al 4 maanden bezig om een licentie te krijgen welke werkt. De geleverde Windows server 2016 STD licentie blijkt al in gebruik te zijn.
Geen reactie op Mail, meerdere tickets en chat echter geen reactie!

I have been approached by you via trustpilot asking me to contact you via the new widget. In the meantime, we have been working for 5 months to get in touch with you via email, chat and multiple tickets!

Had ik maar voor het kopen op deze website gekeken! In het verleden heb ik ook bij softwarelicense4u besteld en was alles prima. Deze keer een 2021 Office pakket gekocht, geen download sleutel ontvangen na betaling. Chat en email klantenservice al 2 dagen geen reactie helaas. Betaling terughalen kan niet volgens de bank. En ik verwacht niet dat een annulering van de bestelling gehonoreerd wordt.

I have bought several Windows 10 licenses from here with no issues. I ordered Office 2019 Pro Plus and it worked the first time. I had to rebuild my pc and Microsoft won't activate it now. I asked where the download files were so I could install it again from their source. Still no activation. I again go to the assistant with the issue and nothing. I used to spread the good word for you, Now I will let everyone I know not to use you. That you don't support your customers and you sell bad licenses.

I had made purchases before that were OK. My last purchase resulted in an unusable product that could not be validated by Microsoft. It appears this company is selling license keys that have been previously used. When I attempted to validate the product, I was told the key had been used the maximum number of times. So my purchase was worthless.

Zaterdag 25-02 een officepakket aangeschaft en betaald. Helaas zat de beloofde downloadlink niet in de mail. De online chatfunctie lijkt permanent uitgeschakeld. Ook het aanmaken van een ticket via het ticketsysteem maakt niet dat er een oplossing komt. Sterker nog, ondanks herhaald verzoek blijft iedere vorm van reactie uit. Kortom; geld weg en geen nieuw officepakket.
