GREAT Company, even GREATER Customer Service
i've ordered from this company several times over the last few years and I have not been disappointed. They deliver the software very quickly and it always a great experience. On my most recent purchase I ordered the wrong year version of Visio and it was not installing well. I contacted customer service and they replied very quickly (within the hour). They provided the right software that I needed at no extra charge even though it was my fault. Their software is a great value for the price and you get outstanding customer service thrown it with the deal. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will continue to use them for my personal software needs.

Great/Unbelievable Customer support!
I had some minor problems getting my software activated. In less than an hour after I emailed customer service all my software was fully installed and activated. THIS IS THE MOST RESPONSIVE AND COMPLETE SUPPORT! Been a customer for a long time and will continue to use these folks.

Reinstalling Win11 and Office
My computer crashed, when reinstalling Windows and Office, activation for windows was ok, activation for Office failed as key already used, I was reinstalling it on the same computer just new HD.
Softwarelicenses helped really quickly sending me a replacement key.

Quick, accurate, and very reasonable/afordable.
This was my fourth or fifth time obtaining licenses at the last minute for rebuilds. Virtually immediate receipt of the keys needed to activate Windows 10 Pro and Office 2019.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a MS office license in 2022. For some reason, recently the software was recognized as an unlicensed product. I sent an email for help, but thought most likely nobody will answer my message. I was really surprised, Hanna replied my email very quickly and helped me resolve the problem. Great customer service!

Excellent Product Support. Always there to help.
I have given 5 stars but I did have problems initially activating my products. But having said that I definitely give 5 stars to the support team. They went out of their way even in the middle of the night to help resolve my issues. I have both of my Microsoft products working without any issues.
