PROBLEM SOLVED IN VERY SHORT TIME
I had a problem with a license for 5 devices which suddenly stopped working after three years of use after purchase.
Without to much communication and time wasting they repaced the product and provided a new replacement product key and sort the problem.

Great Customer Support
This is the second time I have used this company. I am not very tech savy and had difficulty accessing my product. I contact support and they got back to me right away and gave me very easy instructions to follow and I was able to get my product with no issues.

They Fixed an Issue MS Caused!
I had an issue where a MS update broke activation on one of the computers I built using a license from Software Licenses. They stepped up and sent me a replacement key even though they didn't create the issue! Oh and they got back to me within 10 minutes of myfirst email and had resolved the issue in under 30 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend this company!
