A good quality product and quite straightforward to install. We needed to replace a dimmer switch, which was no longer working properly. By using this module we were able to keep the existing cover, which was in perfect condition, and get the dimmer working again at about half the cost of replacing the cover as well as the module. The item was dispatched promptly, with good tracking and communication from Soho Lighting.
So far after trying several dimmers, this is the first one that seems to work reliably with my Osram LED dimmable lamps. Easy to install and program the maximum and minimum brightness. Advantage over another programmable brand is once set you can't accidenty program without removing from the wall. Another brand i tried you did something like double pressing the dimmer knob to programme which meant people accidently set it into programming mode, so this model is better with that respect that the program button is on the rear. No noises from the dimmer and no flickering lamps.
