The install team worked hard to complete the install within a 1 day period and against poor weather conditions too.
Even after initial install they returned to iron out a few issues like tiles, bird guard and ensuring the FoxESS app was fully up and running before they fully left site.
Highly recommend the team for their professionalism.

Survey completed in person and results explained.
Scaffolding went up & down on time.
Installation satisfactorily completed and site clear.
System explained and App set up on iPhone but not yet on iMac.

Excellent service from start to finish. Whether it was the installation of the scaffolding or the solar panels etc on the day of installation, the service provided was amazing. Originally two days had been allocated, but they got it all done in a day, despite some setbacks.

From initial enquiry through to Solar installation, the process was pretty much stress free and well documented. Everybody was friendly. courteous, professional and helpful.
The installation teams were punctual, tidy and left our property as it was found. The wiring and units have been installed very neatly and in as convenient position as possible and the cover installed to protect the inverter and battery is of good quality and look pretty good as well! Would recommend the company and urge people to seriously consider having solar panels installed.

The Ovo quote was very competitive (they even threw in free bird blocker) and pretty much everything went smoothly from start to finish. There were a few minor glitches (eg problems in making the final payment) but overall we are very happy. One advantage of using an energy supplier for your solar installation is that you get a very good export rate for your surplus energy.

Thoroughly professional and organised fitting of 15 solar panels 5kw battery and inverter with Dallas and team! All work completed in a day and very tidy cabling etc very pleased with the job carried out would thoroughly recommend.
