Complete and Utter Scam...

I met with the owner two separate times, he talks a good game but took my money ($5K) and never provided the leads! Furthermore, he turned off his phone and did not answer any emails!

NEVER USE THEM!!!!

This is by far the worst lead company ever. I gave Solar Guru/ Lead Empire JARED $4500 for leads and never received any leads. Was promised a refund that still have not received! This has been going on for months! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

In late August of this year I was excited to learn of the new company that provides qualified solar appointments for my business. After speaking with the sales rep I was excited to learn more about it so I did my research and decided to do business with them. I gave him $2500 in exchange for 10 qualified preset solar appointments booked in 10 days.

The company guaranteed us on the contract and provided me with Hard documentation proving the guarantee.

On August 23 I signed the contract and was excited to move forward.

Two weeks later after not getting any traction I sent an email to the company asking what was wrong this followed for weeks, me asking for information, appointments, any traction moving forward and I was met with little to no results at all. The appointments that I was given were outside my service territory, outlined in the contract that I would not have to pay for them. And disqualified appointments also outlined in the contract as I didn’t have to pay for them.

Two months went by until I decided to pull the plug on the entire project. As they guaranteed there results are requested a refund which the CEO Jared McKenzie agreed upon.( Attached)

on October 13 I requested a termination of the agreed-upon contract and requested a refund. It took me three other request in order to get Jared to respond. On October 17 Jared, the CEO of the company mentioned he would be issuing me a refund and suspending my account. On October 25 I asked where the refund was. No answer

Following every week I made an inquiry to find out where my refund was. Jared, mentioned that he had already processed it and it came out of his account but for whatever reason has not hit mine yet. So I called my credit card company and even replied to his email with my credit card companies phone number outlining how we can get it fixed. I’ve had no response since the beginning of November and have called my credit card company to report this is fraud as something was promised to me and I did not receive it. I have everything via email all records kept all contract signed.

On many occasions I’ve asked to please speed up the process as I didn’t want to have to contact the Better Business Bureau or contact a lawyer or get into the weeds with this company but I’ve been waiting for this refund and/or any business to come out of this deal and nothing has happened. I have heard that this company has done the same thing in the past and the public needs to be aware of this

Gave them my money, Unethical and Inmoral appointments, out of area appointments, it feels like a big scam. Other companies have reported with reviews. Apparently I am not the only one they owe a refund to. I am a real Review, I have proof and texts that went by without being answered... I threatened with a Law Suite and Jared McKenzie Answer to that was in my opinion, disrespectful and taunting from his side.. saying I would lose more money If I did that...

Solar lead empire has been a trusted partner with my company for the last couple of months. We had previously used other sources for lead gen and hadn’t had much success.

Getting set appointments from Jared was a total game changer and easily increased revenue by 30% month over month.
