My rare hard to find nike air max plus trainers seemed to be stuck in Australia with postal company so I emailed SOLE & got a prompt response and was left assured & to wait an additional couple of days beyond the estimated delivery date of 10 working days. My package arrived on the twelfth working day in great condition and my new trainers are exactly as I hoped for. Thankyou SOLE AU

Great experience, Hard to trust buyers these days but SOLE AU answer all my concerns. Had a hard time with sellers like Cop It Au, however SOLE was brilliant. Definitely will buy again!

Beautiful shoes delivery fast

I’ve ordered twice from there and the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is the delivery time and no one reply’s back to my emails that I send (sent two separate emails for last order and no one ever replied). 2nd order… took 17 business days to receive one hoody and I’m actually still waiting for the other part of the order which should be arriving tomorrow so that’s 22 business days.

Delay due to postal service but fab shoes once they got here. Don’t appreciate the tone of the comment they left here though.

Great service item as expected good price

Incredible service from start to finish! My Nike Air Max had had it and I'm a 14 US size so not that easy to find in the UK, however I did find them with sole! Never used them before and googled to ensure not a scam and ordered from Australia! In only a week they arrived with full tracking and map from the other side of the world! Absolutely delighted with my sneakers and the service I received from sole. Thank you.

I had to contact Sole au with a query and they replied swiftly and in a friendly personable manner, answering my query perfectly.

You earned one star because you have, at last, communicated, which has given me the opportunity to air a grievance, as I have been unable to contact you.
You sold an item to a hacker who fraudulently took money from my bank account, which is now subject to a fraud investigation, This item was posted to the USA. Australia Post was unable to stop it because it was an international post.
