First class from initial communication to meeting Lucas today. Adjusted links as I waited. Interested in providing a personal service. Id look to them again as the ethos on pricing and service is a winner. Thank you.

Excellent watch buying experience dealing with Lewis, I was hesitant buying from smaller reseller on the market. But after speaking with Lewis, he made me feel comfortable and reassured when purchasing my watch. Really well priced as well for a brand new unworn ‘Sprite’. First of many more to come!

Many thanks to Lewis on my purchase of the deepsea
He went the extra mile

Great service, achieved all that I wanted from a part exchange and purchase of new timepiece.
Lewis communicated with me all the way through the process and made it very simple

A truly great watch buying experience. The communication from the company is first rate, with requests to see further images and videos answered promptly. I now have a fantastic watch, bought at a very fair price, from a company that clearly cares about its craft and places customer service in highest regard. If I'm looking for another high quality watch in future, Solent Timepieces will be my first port of call.

Thanks very much

My experience with Lewis and his business was very professional , he went above and beyond to help me out and I was delighted with the outcome and my purchase,I would highly recommend Solent timepieces if you’re in the market for a high end watch at a very competitive price ,great purchase 5star experience

Lewis has provided a service that has far exceeded any experience I have had before when purchasing a watch. He managed to answer questions quickly and accurately and provided outstanding reassurance that the Rolex I purchased was authentic.

Supporting small businesses is extremely important as times remain tough and I would highly recommend Solent Timepieces to anyone. Lewis could have charged an additional £500 - £1k for my Rolex and still made the sale but, instead, sold it at retail price and kept the client at the forefront of the sale.

Thanks again! I'm extremely happy with the watch!

Recently purchased an Omega from Solent Timepieces and am delighted. Accurately described, very prompt and expert service from Lewis, arrived via the eBay authenticity check quickly. I would use Solent again and would recommend. Being honest, I had my concerns about buying second hand via a website, but if you are concerned, I would recommend you call and speak to Lewis to allay any fears. He is knowledgeable and can discuss options to make the ideal purchase of a luxury watch. 10/10. Thank you.

I recently purchased a watch from Solent Timepieces, and it was a pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent, and the watch quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Great communication and reliable service. Lewis was very helpful and also dispatched the item quick. Will have to go to Lewis for my next Rolex.

Very happy.

I have now bought and sold several watches through Solent Time Pieces and they have been excellent to deal with. I also used them to source a couple of specific models and they managed to obtain the very best examples very quickly. They always offer a fair deal in part exchanges as well. They are very friendly to deal with and offer good advice - I highly recommend them.

Lewis not only was quick to respond to questions during the purchasing process, he was quick to support when I had a few questions after receiving my watch. Watch is keeping great time and seems to have been well kept.

Would gladly purchase from again.
