Sol Hop transfers - fabulous service!
We were collected by Juan, for a one hour journey to Malaga Airport. Every part of the journey was excellent - our driver was punctual, professional, and friendly. The car was clean and well air conditioned! We were part of a bigger group who used Sol Hop on our journey down from Malaga to Duquesa also, and again, the journey was faultless. I would 100% recommend Sol Hop!

The transfer came a few minutes late
The transfer came a few minutes late, but we came on time to the airport. It took 1 day and 1/2day from booking to getting it confirm. And you'll get both an email and whatsapp msg which was a good for us. But overall vere pleased by the service!very helpful chaffeur. Would definately recommend and book here again!

The driver was good
The driver was good. The journey was good but I’m only giving two stars because they don’t take credit cards or debit cards. I think €150 for the journey was excessive when I asked at the booking how much it would be I was told €109

Cancelled our booking day before our arrival
On 30th June I booked a transport with solhop for the 7th July, taking our family from Alicante Airport to our hotel. Our flight date was 7th July. On the evening of the 6th July they emailed saying they couldn't get a driver and were cancelling the booking. When I responded noting the lack of notice for us, they just apologised again and nothing they could do.
Goes without saying I won't use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone

Please be aware that in some cities, driver availability can be more challenging, and we always strive to find a solution up until the very last moment. Unfortunately, in this case, we were unable to secure a driver despite our best efforts.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our operations carefully to prevent situations like this from happening again.

Very efficient and great communication
Very efficient and great communication, especially when our flight was delayed. Waiting for us on both journeys and the driver on the return journey was so helpful and even provided bottled water in the car for us. He lifted all the bags in and out and was very friendly.

I have used Solhop taxis for the last few years & they are alway on time, great communication, drivers are very friendly & punctual & the price is great. Used them today for another airport run & they were brilliant. Price is given prior to the journey so you know what you are paying.
